How to schedule an inspection

All inspections must be requested by 4:00 p.m. the prior business day. Cancelations must be requested by 4:00 p.m. the business day before the date of scheduled inspection. Request for partial inspections will accrue a re-inspection fee. All inspections are conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

To schedule an inspection, email COHinspections@helotes-tx.gov with the following information:

• Contact Name and Number
• Property Address
• Permit Number
• Type of Inspection
• Request Date of Inspection
• Any additional instructions/information (example: courtesy call needed – all courtesy calls are 30 minutes prior to arrival)

Failure to provide all requested information could result in delay of your request.

All outstanding fees must be paid prior to scheduling inspections.
